Nessim Sarfati - Founding Partner
For almost four decades, Nessim worked at Cyrela, where he started the corporate real estate segment and led the development of iconic buildings, such as the Faria Lima Financial Center, Faria Lima Square, JK Financial Center, JK 1455, Torre Matarazzo, among other prominent projects, redefining the landscape of Nova Faria Lima.
In 2008, he led the implementation of a joint venture with Prologis for the high-end logistics segment, resulting in the construction of more than 1 million sqm. in AAA warehouses, still considered references in today’s market, such as Prologis CCP Cajamar I and II .
In 2015, Nessim founded Barzel Properties in partnership with an International Sovereign Fund. We have been building a diversified portfolio through acquisitions, development and retrofit – totaling a portfolio valued at approximately R$7 billion.

Founded in 2015, we have a team of professionals with solid experience in the real estate area, which has enabled the assertive construction of a quality portfolio.
More than 160,000 sqm. of corporate properties, over 658,000 sqm. of logistics properties and 373,000 sqm. of retail properties have been acquired, totaling a portfolio of 40 assets carefully selected and repositioned in the market through Retrofit or strategic changes in management, in addition to the 189,000 sqm. of projects in development phase.
