BRZ 386 is a Triple A logistics complex under construction designed for maximum efficiency. With a leasable area of over 100 thousand sqm, it will be developed in two stages. The first phase, scheduled for completion in 2025, includes a 30,000 sqm modular cross-docking warehouse and will stand out for its technical specifications and dock-to-square-meter ratio.

Crossdocking

On a site of approximately 200 thousand sqm, the second phase will consist of two additional warehouses, totaling approximately 70,000 sqm.

Prepared to follow key ESG guidelines, the complex features a rainwater collection and reuse system, among other solutions.
