The trajectory of Nessim Sarfati, founder of Barzel Properties, is the foundation of our Real Estate DNA.
For more than three decades, he has played a leading role in the real estate sector, contributing to projects that have reshaped São Paulo’s corporate landscape, such as the Triple A towers Faria Lima Financial Center, JK Financial Center, JK 1455, Miss Silvia Morizono, Corporate Park, Torre Matarazzo, and Quantum.
His vision also played a decisive role in the logistics segment: in 2008, he conceived and implemented a joint venture with Prologis, resulting in the development of over 1.2 million square meters of state-of-the-art logistics warehouses.
This consolidated experience gave rise to the essence of Barzel: identifying opportunities, transforming underutilized assets, and developing high-standard properties with smart management and strategic vision.
